We had to euthanize our beloved cat Obie. The hardest thing a parent can do for their loving pet. Dr. Anna Simmons and the wonderful staff at Premier Vet Care were extremely caring, compassionate and supportive in our time of need. Dr. Anna gave us information, listened to our grieve and allowed us to have all the time we needed with our beautiful cat. Best experience with a veterinarian ever. I've taken my english bulldog to this clinic now for a few years and the quality of care is top notch. Dr. Josh is very knowledgeable, great with my dog and extremely good at communicating to me the issues with my dog in a language I can understand. His staff is excellent as well, from the ladies at the front desk to the vet techs. Everyone displayed a genuine sense of concern for my dog's health and were always professional and compassionate. I never felt rushed through the process and was truly impressed with the amount of time they spent examining my dog. They have always been able to get my dog seen on the same day with little or no notice. One of the things that has impressed me the most about this veterinary clinic is that everything I have described above is consistent every time I take my dog there. Lastly but certainly not least is their prices. They have the most reasonable prices of any vet clinic I've ever been to. For example, the cost of an ultrasound was a fraction of what I've paid at other clinics in Plano and Frisco. I drive from McKinney to Rowlette to bring my dog to Dr. Josh and his staff because they are, without question, the very best at what they do without breaking your wallet.
Scheduling appointments are a breeze online. Reminders and confirming appointments are also easy and convenient. The office is always clean and the staff is always friendly! Dr. Josh is very thorough, gentle and explains everything in detail. We take all our pets here and we couldn't be happier!!! We have totally found our new vet home :) THANK YOU!!! Alicia

Dr Josh and Dr Anna are just simply amazing!!! Love them as well as the staff. Everyone in the clinic is caring and SO compassionate, as if my dogs were theirs. Our male dog, Shiner is very protective of me, Dr Josh, knowing this, always takes extra time to calm him and make him feel at ease. Dr Anna , won his heart the first time he saw her. Love Love Love them!!!! I would recommend them to anyone who has a pet need.
